Productive halls IN -FORK OUT are provided into welding technology

devices weldable in the cover of gases (135,136,141) ,
welding technology automatics weldable in the cover of the flux (121) and the device weldable MMA.

The welding takes place based on Institutional Directions Technological Weldings (WPS)
worked out on the basis research of recognition technologies of the welding according to:

• EN 288-3, EN ISO 15614-1
• DNV rules the odds ships
• NORSOK M-101

and granting certificates through independent units such as DNV, GL, UDT.

In the institutionare engaged 25 welders (granting certificates in compliance with the norm PN - EN 287-1 (Polish norms) )
authorized weldable steel from groups of materials 1, 2, 3 and 8, 10 and 2 operators of welding technology devices according to PN-EN 1418 (Polish norms).

The all cadre engineering-technical howand the worker the attendee in the process of the construction
of metal constructions possesses suitable qualifications and, what most important,
long experience and the practice in the metal-industry.
